Culture is a buzzword nowadays and you may be sick of hearing about it and you probably don’t understand it. It really isn’t a concrete concept and what you think our culture is and what it truly is can be worlds apart. You can think you have a great company with dedicated employees – that is what we all want isn’t it? But underneath and on all sides you have lethargy – you have probably only one or two, but they are there and they are ruining everything – they are the employees who do the job but they complain. They complain to everyone and it starts affecting performance. At first, everyone discounts the chatter to that particular person, but then one item may stick with them. Hey, I think that too… and so it begins.
